This company is absolutely terrible. My internet connection went down and decided to call the company. No one picked up, left messages, no return call. Finally got a hold of someone after two weeks of pestering. So the company decided to change out my radio, and now they need a shipment to come in. It was stated it normally takes a week for the shipment to come in. Well it’s been 3 weeks now, still nothing. I’m not at all pleased with this company. Poor customer service and insufficient ways of contacting representatives.
