Precision Auto Tune in Alabaster no longer honors their Unilocal discount for oil changes. The man looked as if he thought I was speaking Chinese when I uttered the word « Unilocal». The service is cheap and quick, but the attitude of the mechanic at the front desk in Alabaster is awful. BRING BACK THE RECEPTIONIST WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I get it, corporate hasn’t informed you of the discounts you offer. There’s no need for the crappy attitude, sir. It’s time to find a new spot to service the olé 4Runner.
