Gainesville Pump

I got to give a shout out to people who still know how to run a business! I called Gainesville Pump early this morning, they answered in person. They got here when they said they would, and in the middle of a bad thunderstorm, replaced a bad part on my pump. I wrote the check and as I walked out I turned the water on in the kitchen just to make sure. Nothing! I told them, and they went to work. They replaced a valve and flushed water backwards through a main pipe to clear the line. They put a lot of extra effort into getting my water flowing again and took the check I had originally written for the first part of their job. This was a problem they ran upon and did not create through any of their actions. They were both very nice and professional, and I have no doubt I will go to them for all my water/​pump related needs. These guys are a class act and I highly recommend them to anyone needing pump work done.
