Taco Bell

You make your order and they make what they want. BUT if a certain manager is there all a sudden you get what you ordered. the worst taco bell i have been to.

Do not go here after hours. Sign and lights say open. But if its after midnight they refuse to acknowledge you. Supposedly open til 1am, but only in appearance. I work til midnight and live 2min away and used to have a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance of being helped. Now its zero. Sat in front of drive thru menu last night, still lit up, asking if anyone was there. No answer after 5 min of asking. Drove by the pick up window, 5 employees standing around. Sad. I know its just a taco bell… but that’s pathetic.

This place would be good if it were not for the rude staff and excess sour cream when I asked for none. But if that were not enough they take forever and refuse to remake a item even after they have been proven wrong and refuse to give refunds as well. Beware this place at all costs

I’ve been to this location multiple times and I can’t say I’ve had any problems in terms of the quality of the food I’ve ordered. Only thing I didn’t like was
1) when you go through the drive through they come on the speaker and ask how you’re doing then silence. Why not just welcome me and tell me to order when I’m ready. Once day I’m going to just tell them all about my day.
2) the first time I went through I ordered off the happy hour menu and was told they didn’t do the happy hour menu although The signage was on the board. I want to say they’ve taken it down since but seemed kinda dumb.
All In all I’ll be back

I was there over the past weekend and had wonderful service at the counter along with a quick turnaround from order time to prepared meal. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous and that stood out to me.
The food was consistently good.

I don’t normally review fast food chains, but this Taco Bell was one of the worst of the worst I have ever been in. I stopped in today because I was moving to Fort Lauderdale and not only had 2 cats in the car, had a bike on the rack and tons of valuable stuff in my car. I needed to get out of the car and stretch though so I thought going inside would be a good idea.
I walked in and immediately an employee said «Oh someone will be with you in a minute!» I waited around for 5 minutes and she just stood there with both of the registers closed and when another employee came up to her she asked the other employee to take her earring off because it was stuck in her ear. The two then spent 5 minutes trying to get the earring off right in front of the cash register, blatantly ignoring me. I’m sorry, but the last thing I want to see at the place I’m getting food from is somebody getting their nasty ear cheese all over my already disgusting food. It took another 5 minutes for the girl who was attempting to get the earring off of the other’s ear to ask me what I wanted to order because she couldn’t figure out how to open the cash register and the girl in the kitchen kept saying «Oh yeah maybe I should teach you how to do that». I ordered and paid and stood around and a huge line formed and whenever someone new would come in a lady in the kitchen would just yell «SAVANNAH!» to try to get the cashier girl’s attention and it would take her forever to come out and get their orders. People kept coming in from the drive thru with wrong orders. Oh and one guy was waiting for his food longer than I was, which speaks volumes about the service considering there were at least 7 people working in the kitchen. It took another 15 minutes for my food to come out.
At least the bathroom was clean I guess.
