Chef Chris Miller Catering

I would highly recommend Chef Chris Miller Catering. I had the pleasure of working with Chef Chris for our Wedding on March 2^nd, 2013. Chris was wonderful to work with and helped us with our Wedding planning every step of the way. My husband and I wanted to customize our menu to be gluten free and diary free and Chris was very creative in helping us come up with menu options. We had chicken satay with peanut sauce, gluten free bread, eggplant parmesan, pumpkin curry chicken and swiss steak.
The day of the Wedding was wonderful and we felt like he went above and beyond. The food was delicious and we received many compliments from our guests. Our guests said, «Wow, this is the best wedding food I’ve ever had.» I would highly recommend Chef Chris Miller Catering and I’m so grateful that our Wedding day turned out wonderful.

I have had the pleasure of enjoying Chef Chris’s catering at functions in Sausalito (Marin County). I still dream of the delicious flavors! Chris is creative in his menu design, and incorporates organic, local and sustainable foods — a definite plus for me! He knows what flavors will go well together, both within a dish and between dishes, which makes for an excellent meal that leaves you full without being stuffed. His execution and presentation is flawless, and I highly recommend his catering services to anyone in the Bay Area!
