This attorney is a joke. No back bone at all. Shakes in court when the case gets serious!
Loves your money. I won’t not recommend this attorney for any case!!!

During the initial consultation, this lawyer seemed like a tiger; aggressive, and concerned about my well being. Then he presented a «get it done right now» plan to dissolve my marriage. After I gave him a deposit and filled out the paperwork, he then lost interest in my case. One excuse after another, and I ended up delivering the divorce papers to my husband myself, the lawyer was unable to do it. Causing us to postpone the court case a few times. When asked for advice, he would advise one thing and then later would adivise contradicting information. Many times I would call and it would take (2) weeks to get a call back. Whenever he did call back, we spent the first 20 minutes going over the old details of my case, because he forgot what was going on. Always at the cost of my dollars.
Overall, I would say that there is no follow through from this attorney. My ex-​husband and I were able to come to an agreement ourselves. The only thing Charlie Cline did was type the settlement agreement. And that he did not even do right. He waited until the day before our court appearance to go over the ONLY draft and final version of the agreement. Mr. Cline and I had to hand write in the information that was missing or that needed to be corrected. Totally unprofessional.
I could have used a paralegal, but I chose to use an attorney because I thought I would be better represented. I have since then hired another attorney to finish the paperwork.
I would never recommend this attorney to anyone. He no longer appears to be passionate or ethical about his job. He will just take your money and hide.
