Terrible sloppy job. Did not clean carpet or couch stains (claim they don’t use chemicals) well whatever you do use, your business is to get them out. Spread existing stains and made it worse. Dripped and splattered solution all over wood floor and furniture, sloshed it all over my house. 1 couch not too dirty came out fine, other ruined with big pink rings-​assume it’s the non-​chemical they use that doesn’t work. Couch cover stretched and now saggy from the very wet attempt at cleaning that didn’t clean. Immediately spent another $ 200 for a ‘real’ carpet cleaner (Jim Trembly-​great) who did the job right. Will get to ruined couch (huge Restoration Hardware $$$) when I have the stamina. Surprised other reviews so good – I’m skeptical.

I called around for rates and by far Go Fresh Carpet (Anthony) worked with me and my budget. I booked appt. and he was on time and did a GREAT JOB. I was very pleased with my carpets. They feel and smell great. FRESH :) Anthony was very polite and did a wonderful job. Will use the same company again. I would suggest this company over the others I have used in the past. I have a great experience with this company.

Great service. I got them for my pad in San Francisco and they are the best by far. Im going to recommend it for tyhe Facebook corporate headquarters in Palo Alto too.

My white sofa was definitely dirty and I had low expectations of what a cleaning would do. It looks like new again really. After a couple of years it was definitely dingy but Danny did a great job. After it dried I took a towel and just reworked the fibers with quick circles and it looks great. He was fast, thorough and pleasant.

The person who came to clean my carpet was nice friendly and personable. He turned mattresses from being black to white! I was so happy because i thought i wasn’t going to get my mattresses back white again. Also cleaned both my couches very quickly. Stains were taken out of my carpet. I am very pleased at my results and especially for the price!
