If you want great customer service for a new metro plan or just to pay your bill come here! I recently joined metro with my gf and we added myself to her plan for $ 45 a line unlimited everything! 4gLTE!!! I bought the Zte Zmax for $ 99 total for everything was about $ 200 paying the bill of combined $ 90 and the phone. Selection of phones are not so great for metro but these phones are pretty good. I love my phone still and android has done a great job of producing waaaay better phones from like 5 years ago because back then so much lag pulling out batteries freezing etc. But the guy who runs this shop is professional will help you step by step to set you up and will answer any question for you. Just yesterday I added the hotspot feature metro offers and for couple more bucks I get 2.5GB of hotspot data why not? Just tried it out this morning and its not lightning fast but its fast for being a cheap hotspot on METRO! If your questioning the speeds of metro listen to me, I had Verizon and sprint of course sprint was the worst! But So far metro is above sprint IMO and that’s from using a iPhone too, verizon I would say could actually compete with because I’ve used Verizon when they first started unlimited data that was fast but the bill not so good. But the past is the past that was like 7 Years ago lol now i believe metro is legit, they’re the underdogs a hidden gem, if you don’t got metro your missing out

Okay, so I originally gave this place 5 stars, BUT after getting my second watch bracelet sized, the clasp was just beat up. I posted a picture of it above. This is a brand new watch that cost me close to 3,000, and now, the clasp and one link are totally beat up by the hammer that was used to take out the pins. Of course they do not give you receipt for the transaction so there is nothing that I can really do. To buy a brand new clasp to replace the damaged one will cost close to 400(I want the original part). I wish I could give zero stars as I paid money for getting my bracelet damaged. I just wish there is some way that they could pay for my damaged clasp but I can already guess that they are going to deny it. This is my experience at this place so watch people, beware.

Brought 4 watches here for changing battery. Service was fast and cost was reasonable. Total was less than $ 40.

I have used this store about 6 times, and they are the best. There is a guy — I don’t know his name. He tells you which phones are good, and which pones are sketchy. Tell him your needs, and he provides the best suggestions and service. I needed a phone for my 12 year old, and I got a great free phone and $ 25/mo unlimited text and talk plan. Then I gave my son my old Android, and his unlimited talk, text and data bill is now $ 35 for that phone number with a $ 10 activation fee — NETFLIX, gaming and everything works … My wife just bought an unlocked iPhone from the Apple store in Emeryville, and here METRO-PCS bill is $ 35/mo total with unlimited talk, text and data. I save well over $ 1000 a year when I switched from ATT to METROPCS — including the ATT buyout fees.

Yes, I’m a Metro PCS subscriber and I’ve never regretted it… it’s excellent. That said. I’ve received perhaps some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered at Grand Communications. I’ve purchased several phones and quite a few accessories and every time I go in I’m pleased when I leave. The guys at the store have always been very friendly and helpful. I’ve gone in a few times with problems that ended up being blatant idiot-user issues, but the staff were always happy to take the time to help without being condescending,(didn’t stop me from being a bit embarrassed, though). I’ve been given unsolicited discounts for no other reason I guess than they see I’m a regular customer,(always bonus points in my book and I’m sure they know that — good for them). They even happily went out of their way the day before Christmas, a half an hour AFTER they were closed, to help me with a phone service switch — which they really did not have to do. I work in customer service, and have for a long time, and this place is a perfect model of how customer service should work.
