We just used the Alameda meeting room and it went extremely well. Dion made the arrangement easy and promised everything he said. He even let us stay a bit longer that evening! The room was perfect for everyone. Some people got lost trying to find it so make sure to inform them. It was an EXCELLENT experience and we will most definitely be using them again. Thanks Dion!!!

Dion is very easy to work with. The whole process was very organized and reliable. The meeting room was very functional and clean with great amenities. I will use this service again if I have the need and would recommend it to anyone. You can bring in your own food to the meetings that you host, which is nice. I had no issues or confusion with the room. It was a little tricky finding the actual room via google maps, but that was forewarned. Thank you!

So far, I’ve used Meeting Rooms On Demand twice now for my Writer’s Workshops. It is a perfect set up. I have the choice of tables or chairs, but since the participants are writing, I am able to set up the tables for their use. Dion thinks of everything. He has strips so there is no problem with all the computers. He has a big projector screen for my training, and a small kitchenette area where I can prepare food for hungry participants. The location is central, quiet and easy to get to, right off of the Alameda Tube. The prices are reasonable. But I think the best part is that Dion is always willing to listen to suggestions on how to make his location better. He made several upgrades just with my asking. I just booked another Writer’s Workshop for May and will continue to use this location as everyone loves it who comes to the workshop. Thanks Dion.
