Worst credit union, and or bank I have ever worked with. I did all my personal banking with this union, they are the rudest organization I have ever worked with. Most outdated online banking software. I would give negative stars to this organization if I could.
Many examples of nonprofessional bankers and ignorance to how REAL banks do business to choose from, however I will only comment on a few.
1. Auto pay set up to debit account on the 15^th, deliver no later then the 20^th. Auto pay withdraws funds from my account 3 days early, called customer service, they say everything was set up correctly but just to be sure recommended requesting the system to debit a few days later, I did that, following month and the system debited my account 5 days early. This went on for four months until I finally cancelled my auto bill pay.
2. I have a vehicle loan with this bank. Automatic payments are set up from savings, everything is fine for a year, then month 14 and 15 go by and I get a phone call. The automatic payments didn’t process, I am now 60 days late, this has been reported on my credit. No late notice, no courtesy reminder, no debit from the checking… nothing. This simple easy made mistake is now costing my hundreds in higher interest rates and a ding in my otherwise perfect credit. Two years go by and I thought I could give the bank a call to see if the late dings could be removed, and as rudely as possible the bank says close your accounts, we don’t care, we are not spending our time to clean your credit.
3. Why does it take 3 weeks to receive a replacement card or check book?
4. Why cant I view and print copies of checks unless it was written within the past 60 days?
5. Why does the bank shut down online systems, DEBIT CARDS, etc… Each month on the last day of the month. Can they really not conduct any business while reconciling the accounts?
6. Every time I have walked into my local branch I have never been greeted with a smile, professional courtesy, or humanly kind. The people who work for this organization are unhappy, and do not like dealing with their customers.
7. I am located in Hercules, the nearest ATM (where I dont have to pay a fee to get my money out) or place you can deposit your money is 30 miles away!
Don’t bank with this company, you’ll regret it if you do.
