From my very first meeting with Sara I felt at ease and understood. She always asks the right questions to get me to think about things in other ways. She is kind, insightful, funny and just seem to really care. I would highly recommend her. I feel lucky to have found a therapist I connect so well with.

I’d have to echo Missy’s comments here: Sara is the best therapist I’ve ever known. She is insightful, intuitive and intuitive. If you get time with her, you’re fortunate. A+.

Well, I can’t publicly say much (for obvious reasons) except that she’s the best therapist I’ve ever met. If you are younger than 40, help from Sara is more like paying a peer than going to a ‘typical’ shrinky-​dink.
I highly recommend her for both individual and couples counseling.

I have a teenage daughter (senior) who lost her father last year and Sara has been fabulous with connecting the dots for her. Sara’s attitude towards young people is one they recognize (she’s not regarded as a parent, more a colleague) and particularly respond to. I would highly recommend Sara for all teenage counseling — even just a «chat».
