Thomas designed a stunning remodel/​addition of our 1909 Queen Ann/​Craftsman home. During the early stages, he heard our desires and made expert suggestions of his own to expand the house while retaining the original spirit. Thomas was very easy to work with and was receptive to changes when they were needed to keep us on budget.
With amazing vision, Thomas paved the way to take our 2 bedroom, 1 bath home to 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and an updated kitchen. His attention to detail was second to none and left us, our contractor, and all of the neighbors in awe.
If we had to do it all over again, Thomas would, without a doubt, be our man!
