Supervision 101 says the relationship between 2 parties is established on trust and I am not sure if this particular individual employed here is jaded or just comfortable in his position but it’s important that he ensures that he maintains integrity with his employees.

This is one of the most deplorable corporations I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The facilities are dirty and the patients are mistreated. Do not put your loved ones in any of the facilities. Anne Bakar is the CEO and inherited this company from her daddy and could care less about the employees or the patients. Each and every program should be closed down
