U-Haul

I’ve rented from this location twice in the past year. Both times were smooth, easy. Trucks are newer and clean. Operation is no frills, no BS, just efficient. I liked it. Manager is efficient and I found him to be informative, helpful and nice. Gas station close by. Parking to get dropped off by a friend is plentiful. Can drop key in slot if return after hours.
I would recommend calling location directly to verify online reservations. Ex. this location is closed Sunday’s, but the national uhaul site allowed me to make a reservation with preference to this location, but of course, that would have been impossible. It would have pushed me to Oakland location when day of reservation came.

Not much to say about this place, it’s a typical U-​Haul, but a lot more cleaner compared to most that I’ve been to. The dude is nice, and he doesn’t feel like one of those greasy sales folks who try to nickel and dime you. He’s upfront, you get what you pay for and that’s it. The place is near the Safeway gas station so that’s pretty convenient. The one thing is that I don’t think they have the largest U-​Haul (though I could be wrong) but it seems like they had the rest of the sizes. The beauty of this place (and I guess U-​Haul) is that you can reserve and «check-​in» online and therefore be in and out fairly quick.

Ah it’s a good spot. Just make sure to confirm schedule since its a one man operation here. Plenty off newer trucks & friendly service.

They killed me! I made a reservation on line (12pm), got some people to help me, and they were closed till 3pm!!! It took forever (45 min.) to cancel my reservation so that I would not get charged. Never again, Next time I’ll use the location on Buena Vista.
