I only come to this location if I’m in a pinch. Its hard to get to. Its hard to get out of especially during high traffic commute times. The only reason I visit 7-Eleven is because they carry my Vuse E-Cig’s I’m addicted to right now. They are always stocked at this location. But if I had my choice, I would not come here based on the inconvenience of getting in and out of the parking lot.

I came here and bought like $ 20 worth of stuff and needed an empty coffee cup, the stupid lady said, «No that’s too expensive !” — WTF then she gave me a 8 oz white foam cup… Never coming here again. Cheap Asses. Learn some customer service.

Either people with VERY low expectations or construction people are writing the multiple star reviews. I shouldn’t be critical of reviewers, I’m sorry but this place is DISGUSTING! Dirty, nasty, rude cashiers. The drink machines area is nasty. One word, YUCK! Maybe I’m spoiled, maybe I’m snooty. Extra Mile & Shell are a trillion times better, even though I understand this is more of a bargain type place, If I drove by to see this place closed up, I wouldn’t be surprised. N.A.S.T.Y.

Typical 7-Eleven. Kids like to come here for the icees or whatever you call them. Never had an issue with either dirt or service here. They have always been friendly. We prefer to go up the street to the Chevron’s but that’s because this place is slightly more out of the way.

A filthy dump. Employees think they are in Oakland, not Alamo. Poorly maintained and long overdue to be torn down. Employees all seem to be just off the boat and can barely speak English. I go out of my way to avoid this dump.

Great place to stop for late night snacks, a bottle of cold water, a magazine, etc.

I’ve always gotten a friendly greeting when at this store. Quick in and out for emergencies or out of laziness to go down the street to Safeway.

This might be the only«Sev» in Alamo and there is not one in Danville, but seriously, this is a dirty store. We have been on a slurpee binge as a family as of late and this location kind of sucks. Sadly, the husband has some nostalgia towards this place since his older brother worked here back in the day. Heads up on this place, they have no air conditioning and if you go on a hot day, expect for anything chocolate to be partially melted. The worst offense though is that the slurpee flavors were not marked correctly and we ended up with some nasty concoction that should never have been invented! Go to the«Sev» in San Ramon instead… much, much better!

When I was a kid and we used to come here with my old dog Sheba(best dog ever, RIP) the man behind the counter would chop up a hot dog for her and let her eat it happily while we did our thing inside. Now that’s genuine. I have so many memories of this place, most of which involve biking on the trail, stealing candy, and trying to score beer illegally. Good Times, 7 – 11 — Always open!

This is my local 7-eleven and it has been part of life since I was a young kid. I love it even more now. The guys behind the counter are always really nice. And every once in a while the crazy old guy is behind the counter. I have yet to understand what he is saying. I miss the guy with the tusk tooth but none the less I love my local 7-eleven.

The score on this review is based solely upon rating a 7-eleven against other 7-elevens because we all know you are not going to get some gourmet meal or fantastic sit down dining experience at a 7-eleven. But this is a great 7-eleven, so it gets 4-stars. It is clean and it does not have that ghetto feeling you get when you normally walk into a 7 – 11. Well at least not the same feeling I get when I walk into a Richmond or Hayward 7 – 11. This one always has all the stuff you want whether is be a hot dog, donut, or Slurpy. Of course it even has more than this, these are just the things I’m always looking for. The Slurpy machine is almost always working. And if some of the drinks are out of order, there is normally at least a few Slurpy flavors that are working and ready to pour. The guy at the counter is friendly too. He actually greets you with a normal smile and does not look at you like your are about to rob the place! Overall, a very nice 7-Eleven.

DINGDONG DINGDONG DINGDONG DINGDONG DINGDONG DINGDONG this seems to be the busiest 7 – 11 store i have ever seen. right when i get out of my car i can hear the ding dongs from the opening and closing of the doors. oh my gosh! can you please disable the damn door alert if so many people are coming in and your so busy?! your at the counter helping everyone as they hit the counter so the service is fast but i’m hearing way too many ding dongs! every time i stop in to get something i’m in and out fast and on my way. this alamo store is so clean and always stocked with everything. the only problem with this store is the lack of parking. with the gas station and bike shop next door it’s hit or miss if you get a spot or not in front of the store. my usual is mints, gum and bottled water but it seems whenever i need some random item i always find it here. now if they only brought back the slurpee magic motion sports coins on the bottom of the cups i’d by a slurpee everyday. oh the good old days!
