We had an excellent visit our first time through the area. Meeting the owner and having wonderful service. On our return trip we stopped on a Saturday morning, 6÷10÷16, and was met by a frowny faced young lady who could not take her eyes off a note book long enough to greet us and take our order. We I asked about drinks offered using Coconut milk she seemed further put out with her explanation, which btw, they do not use… As husband attempted to order she looked disgusted and turned away. We put her out of her misery and left without ordering. i write this hoping the owner will see and initiate some needed customer service training. A smile and welcome greeting goes a long way… for your information this was a ‘customer service training’ for a Pagosa Springs client and will most likely be used in my husbands seminars.

This place has something for everyone. They have a nice lunch menu along with ice cream, frozen yogurt, and all of the wonderful baked goods.

Great food and delicious coffee. I agree with the other reviewer that the business is understaffed. There appeared to be one young employee running the entire store the day we visited.
