Air Pro Heating and Cooling

Prompt service and very knowledgeable technicians. I am very satisfied with there service. They came out a couple of hours after my call and not only found the problem immediately and fixed it but checked my system, cleaned my outside unit, flushed drain line and now have my system up and running better than ever at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone with an AC or heating problem.

By all means, avoid air pro. The companies name should be air amateurs! They came out twice in one day because the techs were not competent enough to discover what was wrong with the unit the first time causing me a great inconvenience regarding my schedule. I was initially told the issue was a fuse, then later that night (they were here for several hours-​almost 10pm!) was told that the issue was the thermostat. Now the unit is leaking all over my carpet because they failed to check the condenser line per my plumber stepdad… have been waiting all day for them to come back out to repair… such a waste of time & dollars I highly Don’t recommend this business…
Side note-​the one star was given because they did discount the price of the thermostat… even though the unit was not checked as it should’ve been on the first call!!!
