Big business with a local family run business vibe. Did some business with them and felt like we were partners instead of business associates. Lots of experience when it comes to elevator maintenance.

IF there was a way to give zero stars I would. These guys are crooks, their rates are twice that of competitors likely because of the Union. I was charged more hours than they are actually at the job site, and was also charged for «error» time-​they could not find the key to unlock their weights for a load test so had to spend half hour cutting the lock off. Not sure how that should be at my cost. I am on site whenever inspections happen and listen carefully. Technicians are caught cursing while working (within earshot of tenants apartments) and are very unprofessional. The owner does not seem to be concerned with his clients, but only his employees. His loss, I have removed all accounts with them and have much smoother running elevators now with Simmons Elev. and no headaches. This is with a less often preventative maintenance schedule too! Smoother elevators with fewer PM’s, explain that?! This company should be investigated by BBB
