AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Albany

Can you give zero stars? I am basing my review 100% on the parts/​service department. I asked for a quote on two head lights and a side mirror. They quoted me $ 462. I foolishly accepted and paid for the parts. I was then told it would cost $ 150 to install the parts, which I also paid for.
The next day, I dropped off the jeep. When returning they had only replaced ONE headlight, not two. When I questioned them about it, they said that was all I ordered. Now remember… Their employee came to my car to write the quote… they said they couldn’t do anything else for me… after I gave everyone in the dealership a piece of my mind… the service manager and parts manager actually went and hid till I left…
I then went to NAPA Auto Parts and purchased the head light. The one the Jeep Dealership had just screwed me out of, for$ 97…not the $ 382 just charged to me by the dealership for ONE headlight… bunch of damn crooks…
I will be telling everyone that will listen how completely awful and unethical this dealership is.

I have purchased 6 vehicles from here (3 Hyundai’s and 3 Chrysler Products). Every time was easy and enjoyable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I will be back soon for my next purchase.
