Better Cloud Vapor

I’ve only came here twice but I’ve been helped out with a quickNess… even two days after I foolishly fumbled my brand new K1 aspire Michael had another one ready at the same price I paid for first (shaved 2 or 3 dollars off I think) but I really appreciate the set up and flavors… my choice is 16% strawberry belts at the moment

Saw Steve here, and I really have nothing but super positive things to say about him. He was pleasant, approachable, and super knowledgable about his products and others.
He allows you to try any and all of their flavors, and they have a broad variety (displayed in a menu), including their own excellent concoctions.

These guys are the bombdotcom! I used to go to multiple different places (basically wherever was closest) for my juice and vape needs but after discovering Better Cloud I stopped fuckin with anyone else. All the guys who work there are hella cool and laid back but like everyone else on here said they know their shit better than anywhere I’ve ever gone. I am by no means a vape connoisseur but not a noob, pretty much you will never find me nerdin out over builds and mods though. These guys have the ability to work with clients all over the spectrum and I’ve found that they actually really are helpful when it comes to learning a lot about how my vape works and the maintenance, repair, tips, etc. for using it. Their selection of juice is the shit straight up! Through the recommendations of Mikey, I’ve found some of my favorite juices ever. They also are able to add menthol into my juice since I smoked menthols back in the day. I especially like working with Mikey because he’s always efficient and straight to the point, I especially appreciate all the suggestions he’s made because I’ve discovered dope juices, a new and way better vape and different parts to better my vaping. This is the spot to go, I love these dudes!

Mango boba fresh from those Boba dudes stocked here before any SF spots. Actually my first time trying BC’s house juice Peach Honeydew Metholated for the Camel Menthol Silver addicts. Hooked it up with a 20ml bottle filled for around 10bucks so I can just fill it up again next time. Nice system, real family style business here a little under the radar. Hooked it up with a fat pad of Japanese cotton for like 2bucks. That’s how much some places charge to wick RDAs. (Probably JBV lol)
–juice: latest batches and flavors; home blends cheaper and up there with the best of anything nicely packaged in a Kid Robot box
–service: consistent Mod pampering, battery checks, and hookups, make me want to be low key about this place…
–clouds: always makin mine thick!

This is my go to vape shop. Always have a good experience here. Wide selection of vape products, and really REALLY amazing juices. Friendly knowledgeable staff who don’t treat you as another customer, but as a respected guest. I highly recommend giving Better Cloud Vapor a visit.

I’d like to consider myself an e-​juice connoisseur, but Better Cloud puts it to the test. This is truly a juice megastore. They have an unreal selection and their staff is super knowledgeable. Definitely ask to speak to Steve the owner, he knows his stuff and will special order any juice not in stock. Will surely be returning!

Best Vape shop in the east bay hand down. Steve knows what he is doing thee king of vape in the east bay. Mikey very helpful and a great builder for RBA’s. Jake customer service is his number 1 priority helps everyone he can and knows which juice to offer to every customer. Anthony knows builds and juice a Jack of all trades. If you need beginners vape setup come here if you need vapestar setups come here they have anything and everything vape related. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere here.

Hands down the best vape shop ive been to. I buy all of my vape necessities from this shop. If you need a good build, im not going to recommend a certain person to you because all the guys there are really good at it. Ive gotten a build from Steve, Mikey, Anthony, and Jake and they all know what theyre doing. And im pretty sure they have the larget juice and box mod selection ive ever seen. The people are really friendly and very easy to get along with. I come in almost everyday and always run into the regular customers all the time. Better Cloud doesnt just focus on making the profit that i see in other shops. That is the reason why i have been coming into their shop for the past 2 years and never looked back. They do everything in their power to satisfy your vaping needs!

Excellent guest service! I came at closing time for coils and needed juice. Who helped me out oh so much was Steve and Mikey swell guys. They were very knowledgable and friendly. They both stayed late to help me out and find the best product for me.

A large selection of mods and juices to choose from. Heavy on the fruit flavors, missing some other flavor profiles. The guys that work here are hilarious. They were very helpful and patient with my questions. Want 7%? They can do it. They mix whatever percentage you want. The space is small, but they do have a couch and video games if you want. Really, over all, this is the best shop I’ve been to.

They do not open at 10:30am. Online it says that, even their storefront says that, on their window next to their door. After reading the reviews looks like they never open at 10:30am… They should change their store hours so people are not needlessly waiting for a store to open when they say they will be open.

Best costumer service. Great deals and prices on mods, boxes and anything you can imagine. Have wide verity selection on juices.

The guys at BCV are awesome! They’ve got a great selection of juices (I got Jazzy Boba) and their house juices are good too! If you go with a house juice, get Public Enemy.
I was helped out by Steve. He was really nice and very informative. He was able to answer all of my questions and also gave recommendations as to what mod and tank to get. I settled with a Smok XPro M80 Plus with the High Voltage tank.
If you plan on getting into vaping or already vape and are looking for a new shop, definitely check this place out! Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Hands down, the best vape shop in town. I used to be obsessed with Kool Apple, you could not find me Vaping any other juice nor can you find one comparable to it. In my opinion, of course.
Came here and tried their Juicy Pear by Vape Kitchen and omg I didn’t know what love was until that very moment.
The shop isn’t the biggest but they do a great job at turning it into a homey/​kick back environment so it’s not awkward like other shops where all you do is just stare at each other.
The guys here, Mikey and Steve, were super attentive. Service is impeccable and their juice selection is not lacking whatsoever. They’re the only one that I know of that carries my pear too. Oh and don’t skimp out on their builds either! You won’t be disappointed.
So even though I have to bare a 45 minute drive just to get here from San Jose, it’s worffff it.
