I’ve taken my now 8-​year old daughter to Build-​A-​Bear many times over several years and we’ve been super pleased with the level of customer service on each trip. Friendly, cheerful, helpful employees that make it a point to bring a smile to your child’s face. Engaging experience, thoughtful outfits, and snuggly furry friends to bring joy and excitement to all ages.

We went to a build-​a-​bear birthday party this weekend and our daughter had a great time. I have a bear from Vermont Teddy Bear, which is of superior quality to these bears, but I didn’t get to make it myself. The accessories are very cute but expensive for what you get… you can easily drop some serious coin on these bears!
The party was right around the time the mall opened, so it was pretty quiet, but when we walked by later, it was packed with people.
