So, from ALL the other five-​star reviews received by Dr. Simon, you can pick-​up that from her patients’ point of view: ‘She’s very good at paying attention, and voicing her observations.’
The only thing I can add to that acclaim is that she is also deemed exceptional by her peers; she is the «Doctor’s doctor»… when her peers need advice as to which specialist (s) have made it to her list for specific issues. She is well connected, so when she passes YOU to a specialist, you too are ‘well connected.’ It’s not always just what you know, sometimes it’s WHO you know that counts.

Dr. Simon is great! I love having a primary care doctor who is smart, caring, and thorough.
I have had a number of health problems stemming from cancer treatment a few years ago, and Dr. Simon has been great about figuring out the simple, common issues that oncologists tend to mistake for signs of serious trouble, while being completely on the ball about tracking down anything that could signal a real problem. She takes the time to clearly explain the issues and treatments. I have learned to really trust her care and good judgment.
Staff is friendly, wait times responsible, care excellent and thorough. Highly recommended.

I rarely post reviews on Unilocal and almost don’t want to in fear that I“ll never get another appointment with Dr. Simon again. She is the BEST primary care provider in the bay area. Especially for women’s health. She is down to earth, smart but listens and really takes seriously your health and feelings about your own health. Yet she is professional and cautious — taking your symptoms seriously and chases down the issue. Highly recommend. I have been with Dr. Simon for almost 10 years.

After many years of not having a doctor I finally found one and I must say Dr. Simon is truly wonderful!
I can’t put into words how wonderful she is. She listened to my concerns and problems and tried to work out as accurately as possible what was wrong. And when she wasn’t sure she had no problem referring me to a specialist who might better diagnose the problem.
The office was very accommodating and responsive. The front desk staff was more than friendly, offering not only to get me water but toys for my children on the occasions they had to come with me to my appointments. I also love that these guys do the sebmf online, super convenient!!!
I would definitely recommend Dr. Simon to anyone needing a GP.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Simon. Every time I’ve been there, she has spent so much time with me, not only thoroughly addressing the issue at hand but asking about other issues I might be having. I feeling like I’m treated «totally,» as a whole person, in every aspect of my life. She knows so much about so many different medical issues, and she has referrals to specialists ready when necessary.
Her office is very responsive and proactive. They recently called me after Dr. Simon reviewed some tests done in a hospital where I recently had surgery, and they suggested that I come in to discuss anemia and other things they had seen in the blood work. I got in within two days (and this wasn’t urgent)… and not only was the anemia discussed, but the whole panoply relating to my overall health. I felt more positive about my health — and having a health partner in this doctor — than I have for a long time!
In the past, she took walk-​in patients, and sometimes the wait in the lobby for an *appointment,* no less, could be an hour. That has now changed, and it’s very efficient. Last time, in fact, I didn’t wait at all… checked in, and they called me in.
Her nurses and staff are very nice and efficient, too. Five stars plus, all around…
