Computer Answers

I took my custom built 2008 MSI Intel Quad Core PC tower into the shop to get worked on. Was having issues with Blue Screens, over clocking and then my HD failed. I could have done the work myself but I am real busy at work and don’t have all my normal tools being a transplant from VA. So I dropped it off.
Here are some Negatives — 1. shop is over worked and understaffed. Techs ae coming off the bench to do counter work.
2. They have Vendor issues and need a better tracking system of parts they order.
3. The IT/​PC geeks are real good on the Tech side but lack some skills with follow up to the Cust.
Here are some Pos. — 1. They know what they are doing. 1000% better then those numb nuts at Best Buy (when I took my PC there 1^st I had to tell the tech what my Heat Sync was. «I never seen one that big» he said)
2. They can put the stuff together fast and with high quality (if they get the parts see Neg above).
3. Their prices are in the ballpark with other similar stores and when they mess up they step up and admit it and will knock off some of the cost to get right with their customers.
