The first time we contracted with Dennis, he prepared food for a large barn party we hosted and his ribs and sausage were big hits and were absolutely delicious. He provided huge quantities and there was no concern for running out. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Later, we had a dinner party and Dennis served an amazing paella as the main course. It was wonderful and packed with muscles, scallops, shrimp and whole lobster tails on a safron rice. In addition there were numerous extras and finishing touches that made the meal just exceptional. Another time he made us a lobster, shrimp and scallop gumbo that was easily the best that I have ever tasted. It too was packed with seafood and had a rich broth. He is definitely a talented cook, versatile, accommodating, and always reasonably priced.

Concierge catered our office Christmas lunch. The chef made two large, spinach and cheese stuffed lasagne trays, two Italian sausage and pepper trays along with Italian, hard crust bread, and a huge salad. We asked for an Italian-American theme and were very satisfied with the highest quality (home made by mama) and reasonable price.
I’m going to use Concierge for the next intimate dinner gathering (6 to 8) I have at my home. It will allow me to relax and socialize instead of stress over the pots all day. Concierge offers any ethnic and regional cuisine.
