Very impressed! I really needed to purchase and have flowers delivered same day and it was after 3pm. The owner personally took charge of my order (based on a great suggestion within my budget) and delivered them herself as the driver was gone for the day! That is the best customer service you can get! I had all but given up finding a place to deliver same day and in a pinch! Thank you so much and I will be ordering again in the future!

Such a disappointment! The woman who worked in the shop was such a liar and very passive aggressive and tried to convince me that the «protective layer» on the roses we bought just needed to be removed-​even though they were clearly wilted. As a customer shopping for some flowers for my sisters graduation I did not feel important or valued. The shop is looks like it hasn’t been updated in years.

Meh, consider myself a florist frequenter… got a $ 75 delivery from them last week, it was okayyyyy. I specified no yellow which they included, and I have definitely gotten more bang for my buck elsewhere. However, they did deliver on time despite that it was snowing, so bonus there.

I recently called from California to order an arrangement after a family friend passed away. Debbie, the owner, answered and even though she was ready to close for the day she spent a long time on the phone with me assisting in choosing the perfect flowers. I knew I wanted something large and all-​white so she put me on hold to go and see which flowers were looking the best. She promised they’d send something gorgeous. And they did. When I spoke to the family yesterday they couldn’t get over what a lovely arrangement it was, saying over and over again how they’ve never seen one so beautiful. Great job, Debbie and designers!

My mother and I will never go anywhere else. Danker will bend over backwards to make you happy. Their flowers are fresh and beautiful and they arrange them beautifully. Best florist in the area by far.

Their website is really good. I had ordered online a beautiful sympathy flower arrangement for the next day and I was delivered on day before noon. I’m so impressed with their fast service and also arrangement. The flower was exactly looking the picture posted on web. I’m really pleased.

I had to find a place online to order flowers for a birthday. The flowers sent were similar to what you see online which is not the case most of the time. They charge a delivery fee. Overall, it was worth the price. I was happy for the service I got, birthday girl was happy for the flowers she got.

I am located in California and called Danker Florist to order an arrangement to be delivered in NYS for a celebration happening at 7PM that SAME night. I called rather late, about 5PM. I spoke to DEBBIE. Even though she was about to close up shop she offered to put together a beautiful arrangement with a balloon and DELIVER IT HERSELF!!! Then after delivering the flowers to the restaurant she called me to let me know so that I could follow up to make sure the right party got the flowers.
THAT my friends is customer service!

The flowers my parents sent me from this shop were absolutely gorgeous. It was a tropical arrangement and it was really stunning. HOWEVER, when I called this morning to place an order for my friend’s engagement, the woman on the phone was SO rude to me that I ended up cancelling! For the prices they charge they should really be more focused on providing good customer service. She was snappy and told me that all of the flowers would die in a week so there was no point in spending more money on orchids or lillies and that I should get a plant. Then she told me that I should have expected the $ 10 service fee. It’s a shame because their arrangemetns are so pretty, but I’ll take my business elsewhere!

When I lived in Albany, this was the only Florist I would use. Why?
Their flowers are always SO fresh! The #1 thing about Danker that stands out, is that their arrangements seem to last MUCH longer than most. Not sure why… but whatever voodoo they possess to make flowers last at least a week longer than most, I support it!
The staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly. I’m living in Philadelphia now, and will continue to call and order from them! I have the utmost confidence in saying, «Here’s my budget, make something wonderful»… and they never disappoint!

I’ve never quite understood how ordering flowers online could work. You click a few buttons and the next day, or even that day, the person of your choosing gets a decorative bouquet of flowers. Or maybe even a potted plant. Even better, a potted flower pant!
Recently while my mother was at Albany Medical, I did a quick search online to find a florist in the area. I live in Boston, and where else would I turn to answer all my questions but google?
The ordering process was virtually painless, with even a few options thrown in. The price? $ 50 for flowers and delivery. Not bad at all.
The reason I’m leaving this review?
After placing my order I received a phone call from Deb with Danker Florist, confirming my order and making sure the card had no grammatical errors. While I thought it was incredibly funny she thought I misspelled the nickname I gave my mother, I also was thankful she was thorough enough to go out of her way to call me and make sure everything was a-​ok.
The nickname my mom has from me?
