Dunkin’ Donuts

The lady with red hair is nice. I love the chocolate munchkins and their green tea. Great service, good food, and reasonable price.

This place is the worst DD I’ve ever been to. I pulled in during rush hour in Albany during a snow storm and thought it was odd that there was only one car in the parking lot… and quickly figured out why.
The two employees acted like they were on drugs and were acting completely erratic. I stood waiting for around 10 minutes to order a coffee while the cashier was flirting with the girl in line in front of me. She was becoming visually agitated and was complaining that every time she goes there, it’s a problem — and her order was getting messed up. The cashier kept changing the subject and hitting on her… very unprofessional. He kept stopping while he was filling her order and came back to the counter to hit on her some more. She finally left with her order and seemed annoyed.
After 10 minutes of waiting, I simply wanted to get my coffee and get back on the road. I approached the register and the cashier started talking to me and making fun of the girl who he was just flirting with (after she left, of course). I placed my order, but the cashier continued watching the girl out the window to see what she was driving, and proceeded to make fun of her vehicle with the other employee. He then began questioning me about where I work, etc., (and as I was leaving, I saw him walk up to the window and watching me… probably to see what I was driving, too).
The bathrooms were locked down and not accessible to the public. The coffee was luke warm. The donut rack was nearly empty. Both employees acted abnormally high strung and displayed very odd behavior, like if they were on something. The service was absolutely horrible and took forever.
I will be spending additional time in the area, but I will avoid this place at all costs.

I work Right across the street at the Car dealships, & Once in a while i give this Dump a chance, I sneek over at about 3:30pm thinking maybe today it will be good, I get a Med Regular coffe light& sweet. But again today, It was Milk and some luke warm bottom of the percolator coffee & no Sugar. I have worked here for 6 yrs & I swear the turnover of employees is weekly, So yes this Place sucks the Managment is ridiculous. Did I mention They run out of Donuts, Water bottels even sugar, Such a shame, I wish some one would Manage thats place right.
