I don’t know if it just bad timing on my part, but every time I come to this location and enter the drive through, it takes longer than the last time. Today with 5 cars in front of me it took 18 minutes to get through from the time I arrived until the time I left.

I drove up one day and one of the workers was dancing. This proceeded for five minutes until she saw me inquisitively watching from the drive through window, where she broke down in a fit of laughter

I have a major problem with this Dunkin’ Donuts. Normally I, like most people, would just assume that one DD is the same as another, and would chalk up a bad experience at one to the employees just having a bad day or something along those lines. This DD is different — it is bad. However, this DD is very close to where I live, and so I — for some reason, perhaps I’m a glutton for punishment — keep returning to it, never learning my lesson. The issue with this DD is that it is staffed by a gang of incompetent morons. In the morning, I use the drive through to order tea, with milk and sugar. That’s it. How hard is that? At MOST, there’s four steps to completing my order. I guess there’s five if you count putting the lid on. Somehow, they’ve managed to screw up my order in ways that seem impossible. Let’s see if I can count off a few: * I’ve gotten tea with milk and sugar and a lid that wasn’t on, causing me to spill tea in my car. * I’ve gotten black coffee instead of tea with milk and sugar * I’ve gotten hot water instead of tea with milk and sugar * I’ve gotten cold water(I’m not kidding) instead of tea with milk and sugar * I’ve gotten tea with no milk or sugar instead of tea with milk and sugar * I’ve gotten tea with milk, but no sugar, instead of tea with milk and sugar * I’ve gotten tea with sugar, but no milk, instead of tea with milk and sugar * I’ve gotten hot water with milk and sugar instead of tea with milk and sugar * I’ve gotten cold water with milk and sugar instead of tea with milk and sugar * This morning — the straw that broke the camels back — I got a half-full cup of black tea(for those of you following along at home that means no milk, no sugar), even after the woman on the drive through loudspeaker clarified that I wanted a medium tea with milk and sugar. Maybe when she questioned me and I said«yes,» she somehow heard«wait, actually make that a small black tea, but pour it into a medium-sized cup and also charge me the same amount as though I were buying a medium. Thank you for ruining my day.» I understand that they are busy in the morning, and they have a lot of people going through their drive in. But honestly, you have to be a pants-on-head illiterate idiot if you can’t put a cup of tea, with milk, and sugar, together. I say illiterate because every — single — time this happens, I check my receipt, and guess what? It says«HOTTEA — ADDMILK — ADDSUGAR.» So either someone failed Mrs. Brown’s first grade reading class, or the people working at this DD have roughly the intelligence of a wet tack hammer. The worst thing is that I keep coming back. It’s as though I think the mouthbreathers working here are somehow learning from their mistakes. They’re not — because I KEEPGIVINGTHEMMYMONEY. In my defense, they only screw up my order maybe 1 time out of 5, but that still means that 20% of the time, someone with an I.Q. slightly below room temperature screws up my order and ruins my drive to work. I’m done with this Dunkin Donuts. There’s a Starbucks down the road with a drive through. I’m going there instead from now on.
