Typical DD in terms of food quality and service. Only 2 stars because of how expensive it is! Much more expensive than any other DD in the area. I suppose that is because they CAN charge those prices — I mean, the place is insanely packed in the morning — but it doesn’t mean that they SHOULD.

The service hasn’t been so hot lately. Here’s the deal folks: Less Chit Chat with co-workers and customers and more paying attention to what you’re doing. I am flattered and appreciate the compliment of my hair but I would much rather you get my order right without me having to repeat it three and four times. The Ice Coffee was great but the sandwich wasn’t warm enough. I usually don’t go back for a refund and i’m glad I didn’t today. It would have taken longer than the prep time of the actual meal. These people, although nice to customers, weren’t very efficient

This is the DD’s in the lobby of my office building — generally the staff is okay — not good — just okay. Sometimes they screw up my order, but if I go back they’re pretty apologetic and give me what I wanted. Yesterday however was the exception — I wnet in to pick up some bags of coffee for a gift, the woman behind the counter was actually eating some type of breakfast sandwich while ringing up customers — getting their food, taking their money, giving back change all while having a greasy sandwich in her hand — oh and talking to other staff and a customer about someone’s sex life. My credit card came back with a grease smear after I gave it to her. YUCK!
