The hotel is very clean and up to date. It appears to be newer or recently remodeled. It has somewhat modern furnishings and fixtures. The bathroom and towels, etc were very clean. Also carpet and beds were very clean. The pillows were a little hard, but that is my only complaint. Bearable for a short stay, as I was just passing through town. Extras included a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, desk, flat screen tv. Staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was above average. In addition to the standard cereal and pastries, you can make a fresh waffle and they also had fresh fruit, bacon and eggs.

My husband stayed for over a month here for business. I came down to visit him for a week and a half. Nice place. Not the greatest, but better than a roadside motel. Clean, well maintained. Front desk is friendly enough. The breakfast is good. The pool is nice too. Perfect for cooling off after a super hot day. Could use a bigger fridge in the suite. Staying for over a month, you need storage. Gym room leaves a lot to the imagination. The toilet in our suite doesn’t flush well. Bed is kinda lumpy. Impressed with the towels. They aren’t rough and scratchy like most. They smell good too. Overall, a nice place to sleep that is pretty centrally located.

Exactly, methinks NOT!!! Ashley was the attendant, appeared helpful but wasn’t!!! I had to contact the cooperate office in order to receive my points for my stay, when I provided her with my rewards card at check-in… The room was not clean and the king bed was more like a queen. The staff on duty that morning, was much more friendlier than Ashley. Never again, will I stay here!!!

We checked in & they upgraded the rm to a suite but the rm had a strange smell so we changed rms. The 2 rm was clean & had adjourning rm but our neighbor began smoking in a nonsmoking hotel. contacted the front desk & seemed like the problem stopped until next morning we began to smell smoke again. Fyi this was March on 2013.

After meeting with the manager regarding my concerns, I’ve decided to go to the Corporate Office to deal with this matter. It’s been over a week and I have yet to see the compensation promised to me by management.

The customer service is the problem with the hotel. Otherwise it is a pretty standard Fairfield Inn. My first problem was that I called the hotel directly to book my room. I do this because when I stay for work I need to secure a government rate. When I called the hotel directly and asked to make a reservation, I was immediately connected with the national reservation line. What a pain! When I spoke with the national reservation line, they had to put me on hold to call the hotel directly and determine if they had any government rate rooms left. Duh! Why did I call the hotel directly in the first place?! The next major problem came when I checked in. I turned over my tax exempt form and my government issued identification. I was then told that my tax exemption would have to be approved by a manager. The guy at the desk called the manager that would be on duty the next day and I was assured that my tax exemption would be approved. Of course, when I got my bill, it still included the taxes. I went to the front desk and complained. The lady at the front desk told me that the general manager would have to make that approval. I have stayed at a number of hotels throughout the state with a tax exemption form. I have never had a problem with it. I will not stay at this hotel again because they have this arbitrary approval process. Why would I stay somewhere where I have to hope my tax exempt form is approved when I can stay somewhere else that is literally a stones throw away that will accept the tax exempt form without any questions.

This hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are a bit smaller then other Fairfields I have stayed in but this may have been because we stayed in a corner room. The hair products provided are Pantene unlike the Paul Mitchell I have received at other Fairfield Inns. Overall I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Open for about 2 years, this Fairfield Inn is clean, functional and even has free Internet(something it’s fancier sister Marriott hotels do not!) On my recent stay, we were warmly greeted in the contemporary lobby by the front desk clerk, who introduced herself and set about checking in our rather large group in a timely and efficient manner. My room was fairly spacious, with a king sized bed, plenty of pillows and a comfy duvet which I was actually surprised to see given this is the lower end of the Marriott chain. There was even free coffee in the room(a must have for this traveling girl!) The bathroom was also nice– right down to an accent bowl on the counter to bring the colors together, which really surprised me. The products were Pantene so definitely a no frills approach but certainly adequate. Want to work out? There is an outdoor swimming pool as well as a work out room. And in the morning– a complimentary continental breakfast awaits you beginning at. 6am. The only downside for me was the air conditioning unit. I hate the ones that are stand alone, make alot of noise and blow cold air on you. The good news? This room had windows that actually open and on this Fall night– the air conditioning stayed off and I let Mother Nature take over. And the best thing yet? You get all of this for about $ 100 a night. Now that’s pretty good in my book!
