Ordered a pair of shoes and socks to be delivered to this store Feb 17 at 3pm. Email says it typically takes 2 hours before order is ready for pick up. I went the next day at 11:30am and the shoes were not yet ready! As i had to go to work right away, I could not wait for them to get my shoes from the back, which should have been done yesterday. How difficult is it to set aside an electronic order by the cash register? I just have to remember not to have any expectations if I ever set foot in that store again.

Went in the store with a good idea of what I wanted. Asked the friendly lady at the counter if she could grab my size in a certain shoe.(Note: I had to walk up to the counter myself. No one bothered to ask me if I needed help even though there were 5 employees«working»). She had one of the guys grab me a size 10.5. Ended up being too small, so I asked the guy for a size 11 instead. He goes, «are you serious man? I’ve gotta go all the way back there again.», as he held the box in his hand and looked at me as if I were making him to mow my lawn for the entire summer. Prepare yourselves, hiring managers of the future! This ungrateful teen may be searching professional employment sometime in the next 4 years! Ended up buying the size 11. I probably caught these guys on an off night(Tuesday), but still, ALL of these employees should be better trained for customer service. This skill really goes a long way, and these guys surely didn’t give a shit about it. Thanks for the shoes!
