I love this place. I’m a Hilton diamond member and this place is really nice. It doesn’t have a restaurant or bar but there is plenty of good food close. The gym is nice and the location is quiet. Best of all, softest sheets ever!

This hotel is still pretty new and it definitely shows. Very nice rooms with a fridge microwave and dishwasher for longer stays. The bed was very comfortable with soft, clean sheets. The blackout shades were nice too as they allowed me to sleep in. Even though it’s near the airport I really only noticed one plane.

Stayed there for business for a full week. Everything is brand new and clean. My room was fresh and the bed was comfy. The kitchenette had a refrigerator/​freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all the necessary utensils. There was a nice fire pit (gas) outside with comfy seething. Breakfast was the typical cold choices plus oatmeal and waffles. Next time I am in Albany, I will stay here again.

My family and I stay in a lot of hiltons because my dad is a timeshare holder and a hiltons honor member. And this brand new hotel was not only so clean and pretty but had the best customer service I have ever experienced at any hotel.
My husband and I arrived first to the hotel at 10:30am and we knew it was WAY too early to check in so we asked if they could check our bags in until our room was ready. The girl at the front desk of course said «yes» but offered us one better. She stated she could put us in a suite until our room was ready. And then a few minutes later she came back and told us if we didn’t mind waiting about five more minutes our room would actually be ready. And told us to eat breakfast while we wait.
This right away started this stay off to an amazing start. They offered us another room, but then put our room on a «rush» to be cleaned and let us eat their breakfast.
Next my sister arrived the next day and her taxi dropped her off at the wrong hotel and one of the front desk workers offered to go pick her up! And so I hopped in her car and we went and picked her up.
If you are ever in Albany you must stay here!!!

Amazing hotel! Flawless service, great rooms. A must stay when in the Albany area. Close to shopping, restaurants and the airport.

Great new hotel near the Albany airport. Very accommodating staff. They went above and beyond the call of duty multiple times during my 2 day stay.
