I-Vape

I went into the store today (11−13−15) in search of info and was planning on purchasing a cheap rig to get me by as my current was total garbage. What I found was casual friendly people willing to talk to me and take me by the hand. I have done research on stepping up my equipment to a rebuildable sub-​ohm setup. Through what I am sure was a few stupid noob questions on my part we found that the problem with my equipment was mainly with the junk tank atomizer that I was using. When asked about it they knew exactly what I was talking about and not only helped me find a solution, but one that was able to use the good parts of my equipment and therefore save me a small bucket of money.
You’d think that’d be the end of it, but it wasn’t. Seeing that I have now bought an RTA with no hands on experience the lovely young lady was not going to let me leave without building me a custom coil as a way of teaching me how to do it myself. I left with the pieces I needed to have a rig that I am happy with and with the feeling that I have friends in that store that will help me when I need it. Truly an unexpected delight. Having arrived at home and pieced together my equipment I have a very cool looking chrome and stainless rig that produces vaper like never before and the new tastes are amazing, just like i-​Vape is.
Some previous reviews I have read had me wondering whether or not the reviewers visited the same place I was just at. These are people just like you and if you go in all negative and feel entitled to have them kiss your ass then I imagine that you could have a bad experience anywhere. Hats off to i-​Vape for the dedication to the craft of what they do. Will recommend them to anyone whether just starting or a seasoned veteran. Cheers!

In an effort to «buy local» I stopped by I-​Vape last week and bought about $ 75 worth of e-​cig supplies (a battery, charger, cartomizer, extra atomizers, and a few bottles of juice).
After arriving home I fully charged the battery and discovered it was defective. So, I returned to the store the next day and was given a replacement. (No big deal… things happen).
The replacement battery worked for about an hour and then also died. I was busy with long days at work, so I was unable to visit the store again (for now the third time) for three days.
By this point I simply wanted a refund for the battery (and would keep and use the rest of my original purchase). If only I’d know what I’d encounter, it would have saved me a trip across town.
Upon entering the store I was quasi-​greeted by a younger woman, whom it was immediately apparent has all the personality and charm of rusty barbed-​wire. I explained that this was my second defective battery. To this I was told (by Miss Congeniality) that the store would need to «conduct a test» on the battery and would contact me at some unspecified time in the future to tell me the results.
To this I replied «No, I simply want a refund.» Her reply was (with a sense of disgust as if I were trying to pull a scam) «We don’t DO refunds!!»
I next said «You’re kidding, right?» To which she simply replied by shaking her head as if I was asking for her first born child.
At this point I asked for the (broken) battery back and walked out without another word.
Apparently the people at I-​Vape are unaware that two other stores in Albany also sell e-​cigs. They may also be ignorant of the fact that people can purchase the same products they sell (for less money) on this new fangled thing call the «Internet».
Who knows… maybe one day I’ll return to I-​Vape instead of shopping on the internet. After all, the internet can’t provide same the intimate experience as being treated like a piece of shit in person.

As a first timer, potentially easily confused by the new terminology and gadgets. This place made me feel very comfortable with my purchase and accessories.
Lots of inventory to choose from and lots of knowledge on use and care.
I’ve since sent others here, and they too have had a great experience.

I finally got a chance to stop by i-​Vape coming back to Portland and I was blown away by their enormous selection of vape gear and liquid. They have an huge amount of options to choose from, starting at basic kits, to a few clones, and a ton of really nice authentics, some of which I’ve never seen before. The had a lot of USA name brand quality liquid to choose from as well as little tables for each line to come and serve yourself. Sales staff was extremely inviting and helpful. Definitely stopping by again as it is right off i5. Great job guys!

OMG, Unilocal needs more stars for I-​Vape. I live in Portland Oregon and I-​Vape will be my go to vape shop from here on out… even though it will cost me an hour drive each way its well worth it and they are right off the freeway. With their price and selection they blow away all the shops here in Portland. I-​Vape makes all the Portland shops look like K-​mart. Great selection of high end Items and VERY fairly priced at I-​Vape. The Evening my wife and I visited I-​vape, we were greated by a very friendly and down to earth couple running the shop. I purchased another Provari from I-vape…yep they carry Provaris! Great selection of Premium juices also, which no one in Portland carries either. You wont see any nasty Peas in a pod at I-​vape. They carry Jamison, Ben Johnsons, Midas, and The Standard, to name a few, Behind the glass counter their it was,…the Russian 91% (AUTHENTIC). I am not the best writer nor best with grammar but the bottom line is… I know a good vape shop when I see one. If you get an itch for some great vape gear, I-​Vape is the place to visit for sure!!! Well done I-​vape, I have been waiting for a shop like yours for a while now. Sometimes I just dont want to wait for that vape mail and now I don’t have too!
