I’m not a joeanns Kinda person but I had to go in to get some tool for our wedding decorations and to be Frank the woman at the fabric cutting area… Peggy I think was short and quite unpleasant to me. I’m a 27 year old man but some lady whom she was helping before me interrupted what she was doing for me to ask a question and Peggy was all smiles… until she turned her attention back to me. then at the check out I didn’t get the skinny white hair woman’s name but she was impatient and making motions for people to move on and also very unpleasant with me. I was all smiles and Yes ma’am while I was in there but it seems that if you aren’t a regular then you do t get respect.

To get any sort of help you have to take a number and wait for them to call it(like the dmv). There’s a lot of associates walking around but, no one can help you until they call your number. How ridiculous! Extremely difficult to tell the cost of the items. Shelf tags don’t correspond with the item that’s placed above it.

There are two types of JoAnn stores — the standard size stores, and the larger stores. This is your standard size store. It’s small, a nice place to stop for basics, but don’t expect a huge selection. The staff are helpful, and the store is clean, but the inventory just isn’t there. Unfortunately, there aren’t a lot of options in Albany, but if you’re able, head on over to Corvallis — their JoAnn is one of the larger stores! Sign up for their coupons and always take ‘em with you when you shop; you never know when you’ll need them!
