Had some errands to do and wanted something fast, stopped in here and regret the stop. The staff member was polite but 3 – 4 others were milling around as if nothing to do. The tables and chairs were disgusting, the floors were so slippery. Since our visit was 11:32AM on a Sunday 5−29−16 they had just begun the days shift and should not have had so much spilled debris on floors and counter surfaces. Staff that was preparing orders were not wearing gloves. NEVERAGAIN!

I have to get it a three stars because I’ve had good experiences here and I’ve had bad experiences here. Mostly the place always needs a good manager on the Watch to keep all the employees in-line doing their jobs correctly. The workers may forget to put your biscuits in your bag so I always check your bag before you leave. Service may be pretty slow and even if you call your order in ahead of time they still didn’t even start to make it anyway. But the food always taste good.

So we purchased a home in colonie 2 years ago, we formally lived in albany by kfc on Delaware ave, for 7 years we went there everything there was always hot and fresh So recently we got take out dinner at kfc on central ave in colonie, When we got home(2 blocks away) and sat down ½ the chicken the breading was falling off? To me the breading makes kfc what it is The chicken was cold and after we each took a bite it had this oddly grey color to it, dried, I thought maybe it was just that 1 piece so I cut a couple more pieces with a knife, same result, soggy and loaded with fryer oil it was all over the container, take note this was at 5:30 pm on a Friday, in the middle of dinner rush why are they serving old chicken? The cole slaw was at that point where it wasn’t spoiled yet but was close So the next day as I was telling a couple co workers who have lived in colonie all they’re life, they respond by saying oh no nobody from colonie eats there we haven’t eaten there in years! How can a company as big as KFC let this store get this bad and have such a bad reputation for this store for so many years that the local clientele wouldn’t even entertain the thought of ever eating here? Isn’t your local clientele the core of a restaurants survival ? It’s a shame,
