I completely loved Lark and Lily, I’ve been before when it was under previous ownership so I had a general idea of what the atmosphere would be like. Quiet, cozy, comfortable and adorable. It was a cold winter day and we were able to settle right in. I went with the chicken special which was also perfect given the weather, chicken with a delicious creamy gravy, cornbread and a nice spin on collard greens. Great drink menu and wine selection. Smaller food menu but something for everyone who actually enjoys good food. Will be returning!

I love this place. As a Lark Street resident, this is one of my favorite spots for dinner. It’s a great spot for a cozy date and also for wine with friends. The food is always delicious and is very affordable. There is always a vegetarian entrée option on the menu for those of us that don’t eat meat. I highly recommend it for a romantic date night that won’t leave a hole in your pocket!

Only had a Vesper(superbly mixed) and the Crab Cakes(also well done. Bread to crab ratio best I’ve ever experienced around here)

Silvia Meder Lilly has done a wonderful job reoffering to Center Square the beloved wine bar. The space will be familiar to locals, but that’s a good thing as it was and is a very cozy place to enjoy wine, food and friends. The fire was blazing when we arrived and that alone earned a star with my date. We didn’t wait long to get glasses of Zinfandel and Shiraz and a tray of olives. So many olives! Unless you are a party of four having just finished a desert marathon, you’ll be taking some home. I’d rearrange the three bowled dish to include one bowl of olives, one of roasted red peppers and one of roasted garlic, instead of three with olives topped with only one piece of garlic and pepper atop each. The negotiations at our table for the limited supply of peppers and garlic to go with the bread was delicate and could have been avoided! We also shared an acorn squash with oyster mushroom risotto dressed with truffle oil. Very well prepared and enjoyable. These two items were pretty much it for vegans, but I suspect if we asked they’d adjust ingredients in dishes and come up with a pasta dish as well. We were happy! The wines were both very nice. We weren’t familiar with the makers of the two we selected but our darts landed on good ones thanks to whomever curated the list. The servers were just the right amount of attentive. Olive oil showed up instead of butter. Was this because we had a conversation about vegan shoes or is it the standard offering? No matter – it was the right answer for us. A big thank you for bringing back one of the first places we enjoyed when moving here a decade ago. Best of luck.

Had a wonderful time and this wonderful wine bar. Service was great and the food was very tasty! Had the pasta with Vodka sauce, gluten free! Very well prepared. I always can tell a meal is made well when it melts in your mouth when you eat it. Just the right temperature and flavors… excellent! Portion size was perfect and the Pinot Grigio was a nice compliment to my meal. The owner, Silvia is there to make you feel right at home in a place with a warm smile and a good meal. Pumpkin cheese cake was a very nice ending. Thank you Silvia!
