I donated 10 inches of hair to the Children with Hair Loss nonprofit and Ally Sims did a wonderful job of making the big cut and meeting my desires for my shorter style! She was extremely professional and a great conversationalist. I will definitely be back to see her for a trim.

Simply put, best haircut I’ve had in a long time. Attention to detail was great. A lot of people cut hair but not many can do it very well. Tammy was the hair specialist and it was a great job. Appointments are necessary but considering what you get its worth the appointment and not just a walk in.

I got a pedicure here recently and it was not relaxing in the least. The woman doing my nails was talking (practically yelling) back and forth with the woman at the front desk the whole time. The atmosphere was not very relaxing. The water became cold very quickly and she did not ask if I wanted it warmed up. There was no leg or foot massage. No one offered me anything to drink. I do not recommend this salon.

Great people, amazing prices. I just moved to the area from a bigger city and I was pleasantly surprised with the high quality and the reasonable price! They seem to have a lot available too, nails, hair, spa services. The girl who did my hair was so sweet and didn’t lecture me at all about the abuse I put my hair through. It was just pleasant conversations. My only complaint was that the front waiting area feels too sterile. They need more décor, more color, something in that waiting area. All that beautiful exposed brick is going to waste with nothing to compliment it.

Holly does my nails and is fantastic! No complaints at all. Latavia does my hair and is also wonderful… She’s the one person that I’ve gone to that gets the color right every time! The atmosphere is really relaxing and it’s always very clean! Highly recommend this place!

I come to Level 3 Salon to get my eyelash extensions done by Chelsea, and I think that the salon itself is the nicest, most current salon in Albany. The stylists that work here are all so friendly and up to date on trends. What a gem! Between the sauna downstairs and the Reflection Room, that had hot tea, water and snacks, you leave feeling truly relaxed.

Level 3 is a top end salon and spa, and I have been driving here from Corvallis to get my hair done the past year or so. I always see the hair stylist named Jesse, and he is fabulous!!! I have always had a great experience and my hair has always turned out better than I expected.

Christie Ocheske gives an amazing prenatal massage. My awesome hubby gave me one after I complained about sciatic pain, and Christie worked magic on my hips! She even showed me some fantastic stretches to do at home.
If my husband is smart, he will keep the massages coming ;)

Jesse is awesome! He always give me a great cut and is up to speed with current trends and styles. Level 3 is a chic salon that looks more L.A. than Albany. The facilities are super clean with a nice spa atmosphere. I highly recommend Jesse and Level 3 Salon!

Level 3 is a wonderful spa! Sara is an amazing massage therapist that makes the spa experience so enjoyable. Her deep tissue massage is truly above and beyond. The infrared sauna and is also a nice plus. If you want to feel pampered, this is the place!!!
