Miller’s Concrete

I hired Terry Miller to put in a concrete patio in my backyard last year. (Early summer 2015). He was very nice and stated they could start within the next few day. A «red flag» warning went off in my head, but I ignored it. That same day he called and stated they could start the very next day. They came out and did the prep work. Within 2 days I had a new patio. Unfortunately, it started to crack immediately the same day they laid the concrete, it actually started to crack before they left. Terry came out the next day to collect the money and to inspect the patio. He said he would replace the bad portions and fix the smaller cracks. No one ever came out. I called everyday for 3 months before he finally responded. I think the only reason he responded was because on the last message I said I was going to leave a poor review. He came back out to my house a few days later, looked at the cracks, and said a «guy» would be at the house the next weekend to fix it. No one showed up. And Terry never returned my calls…
DO NOT use this guy! Extremely poor customer service.

We had Terry Miller and his crew put new concrete in the front and back of our home and our rental home. They did a wonderful job and we are extremely happy with their work. Terry wants to make sure you are happy with their work every step of the way and they are very affordable. Thank you Terry and Crew. «Job Well Done!»

Unfortunately I have to give you a not so great first Unilocal,
You were hired to get rid of the ugly cracked cement @ our motel in Albany. You did the job about 2 yrs. ago in November and amongst other issues Weather was certainly an issue.
Now I want to interject here that the person writing this understands how much good contractors care about customer satisfaction however you refuse to take calls from yours. I’m pretty sure that you don’t intend to correct the issue that I intend to inform publicly just what kind of work people can expect from your company.
I don’t want to say something derogatory that can be misinterpreted as unfair so I’m going to let the photographs speak for themself just remember that you were hired to do away with numerously fewer than what 2 years has done.
