We live in Avon, and we recently switched from Banfield to MVA. I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service that we received from Dr. McIntyre. Not only was he very professional, but he was open and easy to communicate with. On top of everything, their prices are less than what we paid before.

We had to make an emergency stop on our cross-​country trip as our dog had a terrible case of diarrhea due to stress. We weren’t sure if it was stress, something she ate, or something completely different so we stopped here to have her checked out.
Everyone was friendly and Dr. Mike McIntyre was thorough but we were not happy with how quickly he administered shots and pills w/​o consulting us or discussing any other option. We were in a position where we needed to continue driving and were pretty much willing to do anything to make our dog feel better.
The 15 minute visit (for diarrhea!) included multiple tests, shots, pills and fecal/​anal exams. The total cost was over $ 260. While we are thankful that our dog is feeling better, we wish that there was more discussion when prescribing medications/​treatment options.
