I would probably not use Mr. Formal again. When I really needed to pick up suits or make time sensitive changes, I would stop by during business hours, and there would be a sign on the door saying «back in 15 minutes». This happened twice. Since I needed these suits for my wedding that weekend, time was of the essence. Having to wait in my car while the employee went to the mini mart was not impressive. When our groomsmen got their suits, one had a hole and the other a giant stain. When asked about this the manager, instead of apologizing, said that they should have tried on the suits when they picked them up, but they both had to wait for the guy to get back as well. Ended up looking nice, but the process was very frustrating.

If I could give more stars I would. A month ago my groomsmen and I (8 total) went to go get fitted and made orders for our suits for the upcoming wedding. A couple days ago we come in to check in on our order only to find out the order had not yet been placed. Naturally we were feeling stressed and pressured but the manager Nick took unbelievably good care of us. Not only did he apologize for the order not being placed, but he assured that our order would arrive on time and he even waived the expedited suit fee! I highly recommend this place and will continue to come here to rent further suits/​tuxes in the future.

On 09÷05÷14 after realizing that I had forgotten my sons’ tuxedo shirts back at home in Davis, CA, desperate I called several business in the area of Corvallis and Albany. When I contacted Mr. Formal in Albany, a nice friendly man, Nick, was willing to help me out at the last minute and go out of his way to assist our family so that we can formally attend an important event that evening at Oregon State University.
When, I got there, Nick not only helped me to calm down but he even offered to rent me a shirt for FREE. Now a days, what business does that? When their prices are already low? In 10 minutes I was out HAPPY and GRATEFUL! Thank you Nick!
