I moved in to New Brighton Place this past December and it has been a very positive experience. The apartment manager is very friendly, maintenance staff is prompt should you need it, and all of the neighbors I met have been nice people. The building is in an excellent location; a few minutes walk to El Cerrito Plaza and BART, and if you have children there is a middle school across the street and the high school is a few minutes walk away. There is on site laundry 24 hours a day, a pool and plenty of parking. I recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a nice place to live!
