Nolte Photography Design

Absolutely incompetent!
Prepaid for graduation package in August, 2012, as of today, 12÷28÷12, no pictures.
Repeated phone calls, and some returned, with promises that the pictures would be sent to us «right away», still no pictures!
Called again today, no answer!
Update: 1÷1÷13. They returned my call yesterday and said they would sent out pictures right away, i’m waiting…

Terrible service!!! They NEVER answer their phones!!! Its soooooo annoying. When you try to contact them you literally have to call over 100 times because they will not answer your first call!

My experience with Nolte Photography was FANTASTIC, all the way from the receptionist, photographer, and photographs. I was really shocked at the other Unilocal postings because my experience was absolutely the opposite. They are very friendly and at the same time conducted the photo session in a professional yet comfortable manner. They were very helpful and many poses were taken with both different outfits. They have a small parking lot next to their studio, you just have to turn into it before the studio but at least they have parking available that you don’t have to pay for.
Do the other people posting have any idea of how many other hundreds of seniors they are photographing? It’s too bad when those who have a poor experience are the only ones who post.
I’m trying to talk my parents into having our family portrait taken here because we all loved my photos.

now that i’m older, and my face is a little thicker, i learned that it’s okay to give places 1 star for personal reasons.
i had my high school senior photo taken here nine years ago and it looked terrible.
do i hold grudges? obviously.
could the photo be ugly because my face was ugly? it’s possible.
does being petty help with my mood in this case? not too much.
but it’s a start.

Get your senior pictures taken somewhere else! VERY POOR SERVICE. Senior pictures are supposed to be very important, but they don’t insure mailing when they send it and they pay for the lowest possible postage. They sent my daughter’s senior pictures by mail but we never received it. When I called to tell them, it seemed as if they didn’t believe me. They gave me a tracking number to check with the post office myself. They also said they would replace the photos, but we would have to pay for them. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I had to take my senior picture here because my high school required it. I got lost on the way, because its sign faced the opposite flow of traffic. Then, when I got inside, I waited for about 10 minutes until the manager came and asked me if I had been attended to yet. The girl who was working at the computer was «too busy» chatting with another girl. Then, when she was filling out my form, she made a couple of typing errors, such as GIVING ME THE WRONG HIGH SCHOOL, that I had to point out. Then, I took my pictures, and voila! HORRIBLE! I somehow looked deathly pale in every single picture (and my skin color is quite tan — I am a «Golden Medium» for Bare Escentuals foundation). I mean, even I knew how to «contrast» a picture on Adobe Photoshop when I was in middle school! Why don’t these «photographers?» Also, my hair looked extremely oily/​nappy (WHICH IT IS NOT). Most of the pictures were just outright horrible — especially the close-​ups. My best shot was my mug shot. So depressing. Obviously, I didn’t give any out. Senior portraits are supposed to be memorable, but I’ll have to retake mine sometime and someplace else.
