Some of the best BBQ I had in my life, I order combo, ribs very meaty, brisket very tender good favor, potato salad, you can tell it’s home has chuck of eggs in, the beans tasted like Bush beans with pork in it, i my be wrong, i live in Salem, well worth the 20 mile drive, since there’s no good BBQ in Salem.

Great selection! We had the two meat meal and it was delicious! We had the two meat meal with delicious fall off the bone ribs and melt in your mouth beef brisket. For our sides we had the best baked beans I have ever had and coleslaw which was very good. No seating in the winter but has tons of picnic tables for the summer. Drive up and walk up service. They sell out quick so make sure to go for lunch and pickup your dinner while you are there! I lived it so much we are going to have them cater one of our company evants!

Hands down best BBQ I have ever had. What I like the most it’s the consistency. Not sure how many of you have ever tried barbecuing but it’s probably the most difficult thing to ever do and be consistent every single time. We have all smoked that perfect batch of meat, but then try to duplicate it and it came out horrible. These guys eat, live and breathe BBQ. The portion sizes are huge and like I said its the same great quality every single time. For the prices they charge, it ain’t worth trying to make it yourself.

This is a real small place looks like a portable trailer doing barbecue. The brisket of beef the some of the best I’ve ever had the pulled pork was really good I didn’t get any sides, but Will next time. The barbecue sauce was real tasty and not from a preprocess product.

Sorry to say your food is like getting it from Safeway ever since you changed your style of smoke. Your sausage was killer now not so much. Your ribs had great flavor and were available dry not candied which helped for Diabetic. I have also notice your responses have stopped. VERYDISAPPOINTED.

Best brisket and ribs we’ve had in a long time. The potato salad and bbq beans are obviously not out of a can. They are both excellent! Will be back.

This is what I have been waiting over 10 years for. This is real Texas style BBQ. They have a big reverse flow smoker out back and an oak wood pile. I have only had the Brisket once, and when you cook Brisket right you don’t need sauce. This is the first Brisket I have had in Oregon that didn’t need sauce.

OMG best BBQ on the planet missed out on the ribs at 4:30PM but the brisket was so tender you could cut with a fork and the pulled pork even better it’s a must go to if you’re anywhere within 50 miles of this place. I’ve never said that before but I stand by it! AWESOME. And that’s coming from a Weber grill charcoal Snob!

Yum! We were sad to see BoMacks leave downtown Albany, and are beyond ecstatic to see another delicious BBQ joint open up! I loved the pulled pork, sweet and smokey on a kaiser roll. The BBQ baked beans were delicious as well, with thick chunks of meat mixed in. My husband loves the brisket sandwich, the rub is so flavorful he didn’t need the BBQ sauce. Will definitely go back when the ribs are ready(they were waiting on the second batch to finish, as the first batch had sold out by 2pm. Must be good!)

There’s no place to sit. It’s hard to find. And it’s not the prettiest place. BUT… when the smoker out back is as big as the building itself, you know you’re in for some serious BBQ. The service was stellar from the beginning through the end. And I am sooo glad we decided to eat here. Our group of 4 guys sampled nearly everything on the menu. The pulled pork, the ribs, the sausage, the slaw, all great. But the runaway favorites were the brisket and the baked beans. Wow. The meats were impeccably smoked. Tender. Still juicy. And sooo flavorful. The beans were sweet and savory and just like we like’em. The portions are generous and appropriate for the price. We spent about $ 16 a head and we wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. Next time we are in Albany, OR, this is the place for us. Go see them! Tell them Blackwood Legacy sent ya!

Good Q! The Oregon Barbecue Company(OBC) describes 744 Old Salem Road NE, Albany, OR, 97321, as their«Newest Location.»(They were on Hafez Lane NE, Albany, and after that, on Water Avenue NE, in Albany.) Their phone has not changed: 541−704−7333. Their hours are Monday through Friday from 11am ’till they’re Sold Out! Ask about«hidden menu items» … OBC calls them«tasty creations that you wont find on our normal menu but surely wont wanna miss.» On my way home from work, I stopped for half-pounds of Pulled Pork($ 8.00) and Brisket($ 9.50). Both were Delicious, and I am looking forward to trying the Ribs! Four Stars.

Drive thru BBQ perfection! How I can get what tastes like a home cooked meal without getting out of my car and in less than 10 minutes seems almost too good to be true. But I’m here to tell you it is possible at Oregon Barbecue Company! I wanted to stop by this new place to check up on some of my little brothers old friends while I was in town. But I had no idea I was in for such a treat. We tried the pulled pork sandwiches and we were both impressed. I was pleasantly surprised by how lean and tender the pork was, I couldn’t get enough of the BBQ sauce, only wished I’d of said yes to the extra side. Going to have to make this must stop every time I’m in town.
