Every since Pizza Hut has moved on Westover road to the new location the pizza has been
wasn’t very good when they was on Old Dawson road it was awful thanks. for stepping you alls game up. The pizza is awesome now

Wonderful pizza and prompt delivery. We’ve ordered several times and have been very pleased.

I normally love Pizza Hut, but this is a new branch for me. Totally disappointed with the product. In fact, I have to apologize to my veins for subjecting it to so much grease! I’ve never had a Pizza Hut pizza where the bottom of the box is literally soaked with grease and the crust is soggy. Really? Surely you knew this was a bad product before you slapped this soggy mess in the box! The only redeeming thing about my order was the brownies. Now that was good! Unfortunately however, chocolate and grease is not a well-​balanced meal…

Pizza Hut whats up with the pre #superbowl commercial about «sexualizing pizza» & «intercourse»?
Exactly what we wanted our kids to hear before the big game. I understand that your franchise may be hurting and you really need to sell some pies, but we were almost disturbed by this commercial as it snuck up on us with our kids. No Class.
You want to sell more pizza — try improving your service first.
Also, your wings are waaaay too small, especially for the price. Like tiny tiny. There’s like 0.5 oz of meat on each wing. They’re like sparrow wings.
Also, you have been very defensive with the toppings. I order ground beef and get like 7 little pebbles of beef on there. What is it with you and your meat? I assume you are eventually trying to phase it out all together.
So to sum things up —
Associates and I quote «intercourse» with Pizza
Mediocre service
and hoarding the meat.

We order from here about once a week. I really like the online ordering, and my order has always been correct when I order online. Much better than having to call and reach a frazzled order taker who puts you on hold!
When I order online, I usually wait about 5 minutes longer than they say, because that seems to be when the pizza comes out.
The pizza is usually pretty good, just the regular pizza hut fare.

When I called for pick up it seemed the lady on the other side was more in a hurry than I was. Giving attitude or something in her tone because I was asking questions about their offers. The point being is that pizza still sucked a bag of olives!
