I believe they helped me with my sprained toe and sprained ankle. The doctors were friendly, though it seemed like they took a few appointments to do work they could have done in one.
I had a miserable time with their accounting staff. Dr Poggio handed me an ankle brace for my sprained ankle. The next time I had an appointment, the acidic accountant had me pay $ 85.00 for it, though it was covered by my insurance.
I spent hours of my time calling the insurance companies and medical groups to discover the ankle brace needed a prior auth, which could be done retroactively.
I’m finally being reimbursed $ 65.00, so my co-​pay for that visit was doubled. I haven’t been back and won’t be back. The billing lady was acidic.
I advise, don’t let them hand you an ankle brace, unless you think it is worth $ 85, when you could buy something equivalent for less than ½ at a drug store.

We were seeing another doctor, but he’s left the practice. We were handed over to Dr. Poggio and he’s just as wonderful. Location isn’t bad and there is a very small private parking lot. There is plenty of parking around if you don’t mind walking a little. Lots of services offered inside the building, not dedicated to podiatry. Very happy to have found this practice and highly recommend.
