i have only been here a couple of times but it truly is one of the undiscovered gems of albany. it is a Lovely old bath house with a very large heated pool. there are a number of large plants positioned around the pool and it seems very ‘hot house’ esque. and it cost us a whopping 25 cents to get in last year. they have lanes for just doing laps or you can just have fun and swim and be warm(the Y closed their heated pool. i cancelled my membership.) the only negative thing i can say is to give a warning. one of the times we were there, this larger woman accused the girls of being Bad Kids because they inadvertantly touched her while swimming. and she really actually started a fight and was being nasty to them. i finally made a rude comment(i know, great way to teach the kids to turn the other cheek) and told them that they would be better off to stay away from such miserable people in the future.(i said a few more things but i won’t post them here. she Really made me mad.) this is a direct cut and paste from the link: Monday-Wednesday-Friday 7:00A.M. — 8:00P.M Tuesday and Thursday 7:00 A.M. — 4:30P.M Saturday 8:00 A.M. — 2:00P.M.
