I wish you could rate the pharmacy and the rest of the store separately. The people in the pharmacy are so nice and accommodating. When you call them on the phone they are very helpful as well. The pharmacy is five stars and the rest is, well, a typical Rite Aid.

Store is in good condition. Services is ok. Store keeper are helpful but the price are too high.

Albany, NY
They updated the interior and it looks great. It’s very bright inside now and the floor, and ceiling tiles all match. I haven’t noticed any of the rudeness some people have mentioned in other reviews. I guess when I go to Rite-​Aid I’m just looking for the employees to ring up my up my order fast, not be my friend. Maybe I’m expecting too little.

This store is bad. The prices are high. The service is bad. It is dirty and sale items are wrongly or misleadingly marked. There is often a long line with one person at a register talking to a friend. I dread having to shop here.
