Had a terrible experience with them! We had told them prior to coming out that it had been snaked and that the issue was further down the line but they didn’t listen. It took them two days to fix what should have been a simple issue. Maybe it would have been fixed in a timely manner if they had brought the correct basic equipment with them and returned within an hour like they said they would. They left our workplace without a working toilet and didn’t bother to tell us that they were leaving or when/​if they would be back. We don’t appreciate being kept out of the loop and won’t use them again.
