Food was the usual, the service was awful. When we were seated the area was well filled with other diners. As they left their tables were not cleared, some by more than 10 minutes, so that we were eating while surrounded by dirty plates piled on tables in every direction. Waitress never took our appetizer plates(1 serving plate and 2 plates to eat from) or our salad plates. She just kept bringing the courses and piling it up on the table~even extra coffee cups(we each had a second cup of coffee and she brought 2 new mugs rather than filling the ones we had). By the time we were done the table(that seats six) was filled with dirty plates, 4 coffee mugs, 2 water cups, etc from just 2 people, and we are not heavy eaters.

We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed all our food, including things that aren’t standard American fare such as grilled Brussels sprouts. Service was odd in several ways: for instance, we had to ask for ketchup for the fries and for napkins, and we didn’t get enough napkins.

Service was super slow, plates on the buffet were dirty. I went through 4 – 5 plates to find a Clean one on the first trip, and a couple on the second trip. The servers need to learn time management and that the customer does not want to sit around…

I wish I could give a zero. When we arrived, there were 12 tables open and totally clean and set, and another 3 tables empty but waiting to be re-set. The hostess refused to seat anyone and had a «waiting list» going! Are you kidding me?! After we all began loudly complaining, the hostess acted like she was doing us a huuuge favor to begin sloooowly seating us. All we wanted was salad bar, and it was practically empty and not being re-stocked. Our poor waitress was looking around, as were the other servers, because they had nobody to take care of and nothing to do while the stupid hostess had a line waiting out the door! We won’t ever go there again. 12⁄27: I received an email back from the review I submitted through the RubyTuesdays website( ). They said that someone would be calling me shortly, but apparently they couldn’t manage to do that either. They must be too busy writing a waiting list for an already-empty restaurant. 1⁄5: Sent email as requested in Unilocal response. We’ll see if we get any actual response THIS time!!!

Grilled salmon Caesar salad. Cool salmon and warm lettuce. Attentive waitress. Serves the purpose: not buying overpriced, less healthy concessions at Regal. The ice water was the right temperature :)

NEVER Ruby Tuesday again. They never cook the steak right. Not to talk about previous experience, we ordered 1 rib eye and 1NY strip, both asked for MEDIUM. All comes WELLDONE. I had mentioned to the server 2 times when we ordered those steaks. Just to make sure it’s medium because I was worried they won’t do it right. I did not have time to wait either. But looks like it did not work out well. We were already late for an important meeting and were starving. We had to wait for 10 mins to get those steak cooked again — was told 5 mins would be ready other than 10. NEVERAGAIN!

Our first time there we were seated promptly. Food was pretty good. Our server Tina(I hope that’s her name) was very attentive and genuine. If anything we would go back just because of her, she made our lunch very enjoyable.

Only waited 25 minutes for table on a Friday night not bad however we could pearly see empty tables inside. Hostess very friendly! Waitress seemed very stressed wanting to get our order in as fast as possible came back to our table 3 times before we were ready to order Considering our whole party wasn’t even there NOTGOOD! Visited on a Tuesday at 3:30 pm. Seated right away. Waitress took our drink and food order promptly but after that things went south very fast. Went to salad bar and it needed to be refilled. Waited 5 mi for lettuce. Returned to table and found no silverware. Our waitress was no where to be found so we asked the hostess. She brought two of us silverware but the other two people in our group had to wait 3 minutes. Finally the food comes and my order was incorrect. I ordered a chicken sandwich with out cheese and it came with melted cheese on it. I sent it back. Waited another five minutes. Needless to say I will not be visiting this place again. Also, bathroom was a disgrace.

Definitely the worst RT I’ve ever been to anywhere(been to about 7 – 9 different ones in ny, ct, nj and co.) I thought based on my multiple visits to different franchises that all RTs are basically identical. Same décor, good food, yummy cheese biscuits. Until I went to this one in the crossgates. This one was NOT like all the others. Slashed vinyl seats, FILTHY bathroom. Service was barely adequate, and the dish I always get(chicken fresco) just looked sad, with orange hard unripe tomatoes and not enough seasoning. We should have let the ripped seats and dirty bathroom tip us off and left before ordering. This place should lose its franchise license. Not good at all.

It was a below average experience. The waiter has made several mistakes, although she was very polite and very social. There has been multiple mistakes with our order and payments. 1) I ordered a baked potato and I got mashed potatoes. 2) They brought wrong appetizers 3) we never got the water that we asked for and 4) my card was charged twice when splitting the bill.

I went here when I was picking up a new cell phone over at the AT&T store around the corner. The service was just meh, and the wait staff was quite slow. The burger that I ordered was absolutely awful and made me quite ill. If you are thinking about eating here, don’t. The food and service are dreadful.

DIRTY and RUNDOWN. and that’s just the food! HUGE disappointment. spend your hard earned cash elsewhere. Filth and grime from top to bottom. Torn chairs and booths, disgusting restrooms, dirty silverware(yuck!!) and salad bar plates(more yuck!!) The food was sub par even for Ruby Tuesday. Save yourself and your dining friends. Ewwwwwwwww! Don’t do it. One star because my disgust is partly with myself. I stayed, my bad! My very big, nasty bad.

Horribly slow service. Sat down at 12:40 on a normal saturday, ordered as usual and didn’t see an entrée until 1:30. Wait staff was friendly, attentive and sincerely apologetic but something is clearly wrong here. To their credit, our meal was comped.

Most awful Ruby Tuesday I’ve been to. Salad bar was messy and most items needed to be refilled. The waitress was lovely but overbooked and too busy. My well done hamburger had to be returned three times before it was right.

Only ok quality. Too expensive for what you get. «Parmesan cream sauce» was tasteless and half the penne dry. Also inconsistencies in the kitchen. I’ve had the buffalo chicken burger once in the past and it was delicious. This time it was disgusting. Burnt, old fryer oil, small, different dressing, inedible. Was forced to throw it away. What the hell Ruby Tuesday. I do not have high expectations of chain restaurants. Congratulations on failing to meet even the lowest threshold of success. Draft beer tasted musty — that is not a flavor profile that is part of Sam Adam’s Spring. Draft beer was missing an inch at the top — not that I wanted more, but wrong is wrong. Bottled beers on the menu weren’t in stock — Dogfish head 60 minute IPA. Bottled beer was brought to the table without a glass(none was offered). Nobody ever brought the«Made-From Scratch Garlic Cheese Biscuits.» Fire wings were slimy and gross from sitting under heat lamps. How do I know? The celery was warm and the blue cheese crusted over. I couldn’t bring myself to finish the wings. Throw on top of that a booth that was physically uncomfortable to sit in, a floor that was dirty, a corner of the restaurant that had an unpleasant smell, a 25-minute wait for a table, and you have a recipe for a lousy night. The one bright spot was they happened to have Sierra Nevada’s Torpedo in bottles. It was the only truly delicious thing that night. Although to be fair, the french fries were fine. And the wings could have been too, had they not languished in the window. Bad waiter. Had it been me, because of the above and other infractions he would have received a token $ 1 tip. Just enough to know that I didn’t forget it, but left in protest at his lousy excuse for service. Fortunately for him, my wife wouldn’t condone such actions and she left him 20% which he did not deserve.
