Great Place to do business with. I purchased my new 2013 HD Electra Glide from them and have been dealing with them since. Everyone from the Sales Department to the Service Department have been nothing but Awesome.
This is my second bike I’ve purchased through Todd (Sales Manager) at the time. Excellent reputation and knowledgeable.
I’ll be heading back for a new one someday soon. Worth the time and Money all the way.

Just picked up my 06 FXDWG and couldn’t be more pleased. Dropped it off to get a new tire and a new speedo put in. Needed some other things warrantied. They ended up covering over $ 1,200 worth of work done with my ESP. Not once were they pressured me into buying extra services or have me a hassle about warranty they actually for my clutch cable leaking a little and got that covered as well. Very fast very good people. Hard to find a dealership that is fair and honest like they have been. I am going to be a definite repeat customer.

I know many people only go out of their way to write bad reviews, but this is not the case for this dealer. When I bought my Harley from them I knew exactly what I wanted and the sales guy John did a great job (as did Kathy and the other gentleman who did the delivery). I often stop in here if I am around the area to buy something small or just look around.

The guys here are awesome very professional very nice and outgoing had a couple things wrong with my bike and they took care of it other than the high charge for labor these guys are and a+++ will do business with them in the future

Spitzie’s is a top notch Harley shop. I didn’t buy my Harley from them and I do my own work on it, but dealing with them for parts and gear is great. They’ve been extraordinarily accommodating and helpful. The parts counter guys are awesome.
Overall they’re just a very customer-​centric business, which is key in building loyalty. They’ve certainly earned mine. The only time there was an issue with something that I bought, they were quick to make it right. You can’t ask for much more than that.
As far as I’m concerned, Spitzie’s is an A-​plus business. I’ve had a great experience with them, unlike other shops in the area.

Ours was a super experience at Spitzie’s. First the name. Who would not love a place called SPITZIE’S!!! You cannot even say it with a sour puss on… Great Harley dealer with fab choice of threads emblazoned with guess what? The name SPITZIE’S! A must stop on the to and/​or fro from AmeriCade.
