Wonderful setting and family atmosphere here at Springhill Cellars. Mike and Karen are great. If you want to LEARN about wine and how it’s made, Mike will sit with you about as long as you want to listen. The wines are great, ask for a taste of the new port that isn’t even bottled yet! Wonderful family Vineyard. Springhill Cellars owner/​winemaker, Mike McLain, has truly honed his craft with, in my opinion, the best wine in the Valley. Mike, Karen and Connor are inviting and enjoy sharing their knowledge of the entire wiine making process. This is a scenic venue for events and private parties and their catered cuisine is delicious.
If you are visiting the area, Springhill Cellars should be a high priority stop list

Amazing vineyard in our backyard! Mike graciously opened his winery to my out-​of-​town sister and myself. We tried the pinot noir, pinot gris, pinot rose and port. All were fantastic but I ultimately chose a bottle of the gris to enjoy during the hot summer evenings.

Springhill is a fairly small, family run operation that produces great wine. There is no tasting fee in the small, informal tasting room, and the owner/​winemaker was happy to chat and tell us about their offerings when we visited on a Sunday afternoon. We took home a nice bottle of pinot rose.
